For 1.5 years, a lot of research work was carried out, in which local residents, public organizations, the scientific community of the Primorsky Territory took part! The exposition for the first time presents materials from the funds of museums and archives of Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Moscow, Krasnogorsk, Japan.

The project was implemented within the framework of the All-Russian competition "New local history. Genius of the Place ", organized by the Russian Cultural Foundation with the support of the administration of the Nakhodka urban district and the museum's partner council.

The Paleo Village project received grant support in the Changing Museum in a Changing World competition and was conceived by the authors as a mechanism that will not only create a scientific platform for experimental archeology, but also turn this museum platform into an educational and communicative space.
